Process of Coaching Work

Our journey is a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs and goals.

  • We’ll start with an introductory session to establish a rapport, discuss your aspirations, and identify any challenges you’re facing. This is an opportunity for you to share what is important to you and for us to determine how we can best work together.

  • Together, we’ll define clear and actionable goals that resonate with your values and vision for the future. This will serve as our roadmap throughout the coaching process.

  • In our ongoing sessions, we will delve into various themes, utilizing holistic methods and tools to enhance your self-awareness. I will support you in navigating any inner conflicts and embracing your strengths as you work toward your goals.

  • We’ll regularly reflect on your progress, celebrate your achievements, and make any necessary adjustments to your action plan. I will help you establish accountability measures to ensure you stay on track.

  • My aim is to empower you to make meaningful changes in your life, fostering resilience and confidence as you navigate your journey. I will be standing alongside you as you uncover new insights and create a future aligned with your aspirations.

  • ICF alignment ensures that all tools—astrology, parts-work, somatic awareness—are used in service of the client’s agenda, not as prescriptive frameworks. The client remains the expert in their life, and coaching stays grounded, ethical, and empowering.
